My family and I had a wonderful stay at Eric's airbnb. The house was very large, everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms. The communal spaces were also great for accommodating our large group. The house was clean and tidy and Eric was always very quick to respond to any and all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The house was very nice, spacious, and offered plenty of separate areas to relax, which made it really comfortable. Everything was also extremely clean and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

My friends/family had a terrific time here! We appreciated how clean and spacious the property was. Very responsive and patient host. Slight issue with ladybugs and flies present in the home but it seemed like a seasonal issue and Eric had a solution for everything! Hot tub works beautifully. Very private property, but not isolated (a great peace of mind for ppl not from rural areas). Would recommend more curtains/blinds on the main floor. Great temperature control throughout the house. Beautiful , unbeatable views! Simple and reasonable check-out duties. Overall, I would recommend this listing to future guests and we will be planning a trip back in the future!

Stunning location overlooking mountains with more than 180 degrees panoramic views. The house is as good as new and well equipped. Ample space for kids to run around in the back yard and front. Most importantly, the host, Eric, is a great person. He was available all the time to answer our questions and gave some excellent recommendations. Thanks, Eric, for making our fall getaway a memorable one!

The house was perfect for our getaway - we were able to cook meals (well furnished for pots and pans, etc.) and enjoy the time in the mountains as fall began. Nearby to hiking, cideries/breweries, and apple farms. Host was super responsive and asked for feedback and suggestions. We'll definitely consider this house again for a weekend getaway.

Rooms are beautifully done Definitely Worth a visit, start your day with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise and then end your day on the gorgeous deck with a glass of wine to watch the sunset and finish off the evening in the hot tub

This home was just perfect for a beautiful respite in the Catskills. Loved outdoor spaces, the views, and the fresh air! The furniture inside and out was on point. Tons of room in the house. VERY clean and tidy. We felt right at home. Host was super accomodating and helpful. Tons of gorgeous spots close by to visit, explore, and hike. Will stay here again!
